This is how I have been jump staring my mornings with a quick and easy hot cereal, thought you may enjoy it, too! It keeps me full and gets me warm, even in this not so chilly VT winter!
How do you begin your day?
Warm Breakfast Cereal
1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1/4 cup of ground flax
1/4 cup of coconut flakes
dash of kosher salt
smidge of cinnamon
Heat on stove top and sprinkle with walnuts or fruit!
